Matthew Loucel’s Precision Athletes was founded by Matthew Loucel, an outstanding figure in the world of cheerleading. Matt has worked as a coach since 2015, hosting clinics, helping teams, and attending coaching events. With consistent great response, He decided to take things to the next level and offer more services. In late 2022, Things began to pick up and MLPA was formed! Matthew Loucel’s Precision Athletes.

  • Matthew Loucel

    Matthew has an impressive track record with a string of titles won on teams like Navarro College, Top Gun TGLC/Double O, and CA Wildcats. His coaching journey took off in 2015 at the prestigious Monmouth Gymnastics, an Olympic training and renowned gymnastics facility.

    Matt's commitment to excellence doesn't stop there. He has gone the extra mile to earn certifications in USAG, USASF, spotting, athlete safety, child psychology, and CPR. He leaves no stone unturned when ensuring the safety and growth of his athletes.

  • Erika Lopez

    Erika Lopez, a highly accomplished trainer. Erika's exceptional skills in all levels of tumbling and her experience working with large groups of children in various childcare programs make her an invaluable asset to MVL Elite Training and any athletic program. She is USAG and SafeSport certified. Erika competed in Allstar high level cheerleading for years and is now passing on her knowledge to the next generation.

    Maya Patel is a recent graduate from Northeastern University in Boston, holding a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering with minors in Mathematics and Global Health. She recently returned from Scotland, where she gained valuable experience working at a prominent venture capital firm. Her extensive knowledge of business logistics and customer relations makes her an excellent fit for MLPA. Maya is well-equipped and ready to meet any of your needs efficiently.
